Information we collect
Our forms collect your name, email address and the optional contact, organisation, country, skills, message or giving-interest details you provide. We also store your consent, submission time and review status. A hashed network address is stored to limit spam; hashing does not make all submission data anonymous. Do not submit passwords, payment details, medical records or identifying information about children.
How we use it
We use these details to review and respond to enquiries, volunteer interest, proposed partnerships and giving interest. Form consent is not a newsletter subscription. We never sell personal data.
Access and service providers
Messages are available only to authorised staff according to their role. Our hosting and data-storage services process submissions. When contact email notifications are configured, an email provider also processes the contact details and message needed for the notification. A failed email notification does not delete a saved enquiry.
Retention
A formal retention schedule is still under development; no fixed deletion period is promised here. You can ask us to review or delete information through the Contact page, subject to applicable legal obligations. Enquiries may remain stored until reviewed and removed by authorised staff.
Your rights
Use the Contact page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Include only the details needed to identify your enquiry; do not send identity documents through the public form.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
